The main actors of "Love Untangled" are Lee Hanee, who plays Jung Hee-ran, and Bang Hyo-rin, who plays Shin Joo-ae. The series is set around the Korean film industry in the early 1980s and revolves around these two women's intersecting paths in the film world.
The movie is not a profound rumination on the nature of human relationships, but it takes the time to develop its characters and contrast their family situations.
