Revenues at Maine casinos increased by 1.9% compared to the previous year in March

The Maine Gambling Control Unit spilled some deets, revealing that Hollywood Casino raked in $5.7 million, a 4.8% year-over-year jump from $5.5 million. Oxford Casino, on the other hand, contributed $8.6 million, dipping 5.4% from its $9 million haul in the same month last year.
Spinning good times, the Hollywood Casino recorded a whopping $4.8 million in slot revenue, representing a 7.2% year-over-year upswing from $4.5 million. Unfortunately, table game revenue took a hit, plummeting 7.1% from $968,047 to $903,868.
Oxford Casino's revenue story wasn't quite as rosy. Its net slot revenue slipped 4% from $7.5 million to $7.2 million, while table game revenue dropped a disheartening 12% from $1.5 million to $1.3 million.
March's casino earnings took a significant leap from February's figures, rallying from a modest $10 million to an impressive $14.3 million, marking a robust 43% month-over-month increase.
