Revised 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 5 Pricing and Features, Introducing A MORE AFFORDABLE Starter Variant
Hyundai Updates Ioniq 5 Lineup and Introduces New Model
Hyundai has refreshed its popular Ioniq 5 electric vehicle (EV) lineup, introducing a new entry-level Advance model and a range-topping N-Line S. The updated Ioniq 5 is now available in the UK, offering several trim levels and a variety of powertrains to suit different needs and budgets.
The base Advance Standard Range model, equipped with a 63kWh battery, starts at £39,900. Above this, consumers can choose from the SE Standard Range, SE, SEL, XRT, Limited, and the new N Line models. The exact UK prices for each trim level are not explicitly given, but in the US, prices range from about $42,600 to $58,200 depending on the trim.
The Ioniq 5 Ultimate, priced at £49,500 for the 225bhp RWD model, comes with a host of premium features. These include heated rear seats, leather ventilated and heated front seats, 20'' alloys, bits of chrome, a Head-Up Display (HUD), and a BOSE sound system. The Ultimate trim also offers an AWD version, starting at £52,900.
For those seeking more power, the range-topping N Line S is available in RWD for £52,400 and AWD for £55,900. The N Line models only come with the Long Range battery and share a similar look as the N Line S.
In addition to the updated Ioniq 5, Hyundai has also announced that its new 7-seat electric SUV, the Ioniq 9, will be available in the UK. Further details about the Ioniq 9, including pricing and features, have yet to be released.
All models of the updated Ioniq 5 come with standard features such as a heat pump, LED DLRs, heated front seats and steering wheel, rear-view monitor, dual 12.3'' screens, auto wipers, and Keyless. This ensures that even the base models offer a comfortable and feature-rich driving experience.
With its updated lineup, Hyundai continues to push the boundaries of electric vehicle technology and design, offering a diverse range of options for environmentally-conscious consumers.
