The Ripple Swell conference, scheduled for November 3-5, 2025, in New York City, is set to bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and innovators for three days of insightful discussions and presentations.

Day two of the conference begins with an unannounced morning keynote, followed by a session on prime brokerage and clearing with Ripple, focusing on market plumbing. The afternoon will see a panel discussing maturity in digital asset adoption, reflecting that institutions are at various stages of adoption, from pilots to scaled integration.

A session titled "Driving Global Growth and Trust with RLUSD" will delve into integrating Ripple's dollar-pegged token and balancing regional growth with user trust. Another session will address custody frictions, legacy alignment, and interoperability.

The policy centerpiece of day two is "US Regulatory Leadership in Crypto - Global Comparisons and 2025 Priorities," featuring perspectives from Summer Mersinger (Blockchain Association), Ananya Kumar (Atlantic Council), and Ripple's policy leadership. A panel will explore how crypto ETFs and on-chain funds are popularizing access to digital assets.

Cross-border payments will be a hot topic, with a panel discussing the use of stablecoins and blockchain in this area. Ripple will present a product keynote demo focused on stablecoin payments.

Adena Friedman, Chair and CEO of Nasdaq, will participate in a headline fireside chat. Brad Garlinghouse, Ripple's CEO, will deliver the final substantive keynote of the conference, a fireside chat on "what's ahead for Ripple, key crypto trends for 2026, and why he's doubling down on crypto infrastructure for financial utility."

International regulatory perspectives on digital assets will be discussed by a panel, while BlackRock's Maxwell Stein and Moody's Rory Callagy will delve into the transformative influence of tokenized assets. The Trump Administration is mentioned as having opened new opportunities for the crypto industry.

José Andrés, a chef, restaurateur, and humanitarian, will join Ripple Executive Chairman and Co-Founder Chris Larsen to discuss innovations in disaster relief. Ripple CLO and NCA President Stuart Alderoty will outline the National Cryptocurrency Association's aim to bridge "crypto curiosity and confidence" in a session titled "Meet the National Cryptocurrency Association."

The afternoon security block, "Decentralized Defense: Combatting Crypto Crime," will feature Elliptic CEO Simone Maini, Coinbase CISO Jeff Lunglhofer, and Duke finance professor Campbell Harvey. At press time, XRP traded at $2.84.
