Rock band Radiohead announces scheduled performances after a seven-year hiatus, revealing tour dates and cities.

After a seven-year hiatus, the iconic British band Radiohead is set to make a triumphant return to live performances with a European tour. The tour, reported by Variety, will commence on November 4 in Madrid and conclude on December 12 in Berlin.

The tour marks Radiohead's first live performances since 2018. The band, founded in 1985 by Thom Yorke, Jonny Greenwood, Ed O'Brien, Colin Greenwood, and Phil Selway, gained global fame with the release of their first hit single, "Creep" in 1992. Their second album, "The Bends," brought them massive popularity.

Drummer Phil Selway revealed that the band members gathered last year to rehearse, a session that rekindled their musical identity and sparked a desire to perform live again. The tour will consist of 20 concerts in total, with each city hosting four shows.

The European tour will take place in five cities: Madrid, Bologna, London, Copenhagen, and Berlin. Registration for ticket purchases for the tour will be open from September 5 to 7, with sales beginning on September 12.

The London shows are scheduled for November 21, 22, 24, and 25, while the tour will conclude in Berlin on December 8, 9, 11, and 12. Fans are eagerly anticipating the band's performance, which for many will be their first live Radiohead experience in years.

Selway also mentioned that for now, the band will stick to these shows, but the future is uncertain. He expressed hope that the tour will be a success and that it might pave the way for more live performances in the future.

Radiohead's European tour is sure to be a memorable event for fans of the band. With their unique sound and captivating live performances, it's no wonder that Radiohead continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
