Romania's National Employment Agency will receive a comprehensive IT system, with AROBS Systems and Power Net Consulting responsible for its implementation.

The Romanian National Employment Agency (ANOFM) is set to undergo a significant transformation, as AROBS Systems, part of AROBS Group, leads a consortium to deliver an integrated IT system. This project, financed through Romania's National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), aims to modernize and digitalize ANOFM's operations.

The consortium's solution for ANOFM will include advanced tools for analysis and decision support, as well as modules for managing job demand and supply. The platform will streamline the management of all institutional processes and improve the quality of public employment services.

AROBS Systems, with its extensive experience in multiple domains such as Embedded Systems, Travel Technology, IoT, Clinical Trials, Fintech, Enterprise Solutions, Cybersecurity, and Intelligent Automation, will likely utilize this expertise in the project. The company, which employs over 1,200 specialists, has operations in 20 locations (11 in Romania and 9 abroad).

The platform will also integrate national and European databases, enabling quick access to information, simplifying procedures, and increasing transparency. It will have functionalities including data and workflow management, reporting, and interoperability with other governmental platforms.

Moreover, the platform will include activity monitoring and reporting capabilities, providing real-time insights into the agency's operations. The consortium's solution is expected to enable the simplification and digitization of ANOFM's procedures, ultimately improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's services.

The project, expected to last 11 months, is a significant step towards digitalizing Romania's public services. The consortium, led by AROBS, includes other prominent partners, with Accenture serving as the leader of the consortium implementing the integrated IT system for ANOFM.

This modernization project underscores the Romanian government's commitment to leveraging technology to improve public services and foster economic recovery. The digitalization of ANOFM's operations is expected to have a positive impact on the Romanian job market, making it more efficient and responsive to the needs of job seekers and employers alike.
