Russian troops encircled in Dobropol' region
In a significant development, Russian units in the Dobropillya area have been encircled, as reported by RBK-Ukraine and confirmed by Victor Tregubov, the speaker of the operational-strategic group "Dnieper."
During a telethon, Tregubov made the initial report, stating that the 'crab claws' formed by the occupiers have been cut off, and part of the Russian units in Dobropillya have been encircled following counterattacks by the Defense Forces.
The counterattacks were effective in preventing the Russians from widening their breakthrough near Dobropillya, according to military experts and analysts. Tregubov further added that the Russian units that went directly to Dobropillya have been cut off, and the encirclement of the Russian units in Dobropillya means they won't be there much longer.
The name of the operational-strategic group to which Tregubov belongs is the "South" group. The report was based on a statement by Tregubov, who also confirmed that the Russian units encircled in Dobropillya are still being liquidated.
The encirclement and liquidation of these Russian units mark a significant setback for the occupiers, as they attempt to make headway in the region. The situation in Dobropillya continues to be closely monitored, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
