Saudi household services company Munjz debuts digital platform for home appliance sales
In a bid to simplify the process of purchasing and installing home appliances, Dammam-based home services startup, Munjz, has launched an online marketplace named 'Munjz Souq'. This new platform aims to provide customers with a seamless experience, from ordering to installation, all in one easy step.
According to Abdullah Aldaij, co-founder and CEO of Munjz, the marketplace was launched to address the challenge customers face when ordering appliances and then having to find technicians to install them. With Munjz Souq, all products sold through the marketplace come with delivery and installation services, making the process hassle-free for customers.
The online marketplace, available within the Munjz mobile app, offers a variety of products, including air conditioners, washing machines, electrical, and sanitary products. Given that Munjz already offers installation services for home appliances and sanitary ware, the launch of the marketplace to sell these products is a logical step.
Munjz has been providing home and office maintenance services across different cities in the Kingdom. With the success of these services, the company is now planning to expand its online marketplace for household appliances to the cities of Jeddah, Dammam, and Khobar in the coming months.
Abdullah Aldaij stated that Munjz aims to provide the product with its delivery and installation in one easy step at a competitive price and express delivery of two days. This approach is expected to revolutionise the way customers purchase and install home appliances in Saudi Arabia.
With Munjz Souq, customers can now easily purchase home appliances and have them installed without the stress of coordinating multiple service providers. This new service is set to make life easier for many households across Saudi Arabia.
