Serious crash involving a crane on a main intersection in Poland, resulting in the crane operator sustaining severe injuries as reported by the local police.
On the evening of July 24, 2025, a traffic accident occurred on the bypass in Sprockhövel near the street Kaninchenweg. The incident involved a 45-year-old man from Witten, who was riding a motorcycle.
According to reports, the man veered off the road towards Hattingen, presumably hitting a traffic pole and colliding with a tree. The accident happened around 16:30.
Emergency services were promptly called to the scene, and the road was closed for the duration of the accident investigation. The man was seriously injured and taken to a nearby hospital.
