"Shy dog Rosi remains homeless at the animal shelter"
The Nuremberg Animal Shelter is currently seeking new homes for four-legged friends, including three dogs - Rosi, Samurai, and Kangal Herbert - and a sick cat.
Rosi, a 10-year-old female mixed breed dog, was left behind and is currently at the shelter. She is somewhat shy and very calm, making her a great fit for a quieter household. Rosi is house-trained and enjoys relaxed walks, but she does not require a playmate, so it's best if any children in her new home are older. It's important to note that Rosi is not spayed.
Samurai, an 8-year-old neutered Boxer, is described as a "nice guy" with his people, but he can be vigilant with strangers. He is looking for a loving home where he can continue to thrive.
Kangal Herbert, a strong and energetic dog, requires further training. He was taken from poor conditions and is currently working on leash training. Prospective owners should be prepared to handle his strength.
In addition to these three dogs, many other four-legged friends are waiting for a new family at the shelter. A sick cat is also seeking a new home.
It's worth mentioning that Rosi, Samurai, and Kangal Herbert were led to their respective homes by the Nuremberg Animal Shelter before July 22, 2025. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, they have found themselves back at the shelter.
If you're interested in providing a loving home for any of these animals, please contact the Nuremberg Animal Shelter for more information. Together, we can help these animals find the homes they deserve.
