Sochinka demolished her cottage in preparation for a move abroad.

In the picturesque mountain village of Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, a resident has recently demolished a two-story cottage that was built without the necessary permits. The demolition came after a series of legal proceedings and a travel ban imposed by the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia.

The cottage, which was a new structure, was located on a plot that the resident had purchased years ago. Despite the legal consequences, the resident failed to obtain the required construction permits, leading to the initiation of enforcement proceedings.

The court ordered the resident to demolish the cottage, but the resident did not initially comply. This led to a voluntary deadline being set, which the resident ultimately violated. As a result, the Federal Bailiffs Service imposed a travel ban on the resident, preventing them from leaving the country.

In addition to the travel ban, registration actions concerning the resident's property were also banned. The resident was given another opportunity to comply with the court's ruling, but it was only after these measures were taken that the cottage was finally demolished.

The resident paid an enforcement fee for the violation of the voluntary deadline. The demolition of the cottage was captured in a photograph provided by the Federal Bailiffs Service of Russia.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to building regulations and the legal consequences that can arise from non-compliance. It also underscores the role of the Federal Bailiffs Service in enforcing court rulings and protecting the rights of individuals and the community.
