In an unusual incident, a 38-year-old individual was stopped by the police in Upper Bavaria on Friday afternoon. The encounter took place in Neuburg an der Donau, a district of Neuburg-Schrobenhausen.

The police noticed the man because he was reaching considerable speeds on his bike without pedaling. It appears that the man had built the bike himself and it was tuned to reach speeds between 60 and 65 kilometers per hour.

The bike, modified with a throttle and a bypass of the motor power limit, required insurance and registration due to its high speed. However, the 38-year-old did not have proof of TÜV, insurance, and registration for his bike.

The man was also found to be driving without a license. Despite this, he did not have a driver's license to operate the bike.

A drug test came back positive for cannabis, prompting the police to order a blood test. The 38-year-old now faces several charges, including driving without a license and drug-related offenses.

After being stopped by the police, the man had to walk home, leaving his modified bike behind. As of now, the search results do not contain information about the name of the 38-year-old inventor who was arrested by the police in Upper Bavaria while riding his modified bicycle.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of following traffic laws and regulations, especially when it comes to vehicles with high speeds.
