In a shocking turn of events, a 64-year-old Lübeck resident has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to murder his wife. The incident occurred on the night of August 25, 2025, in their shared apartment at Westpreußenring, Kücknitz.

According to reports, the police were dispatched to the scene around 10:45 AM the following day. Upon arrival, they found a 63-year-old woman with a life-threatening gunshot wound. The woman was immediately taken to a hospital.
