Square Enix's Tetsuya Nomura confirms that development for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 is running smoothly and a release announcement is imminent. Additionally, Nomura reports that Kingdom Hearts 4 is also advancing favorably.
In a recent live broadcast for Final Fantasy 7 Ever Crisis, Tetsuya Nomura, the director of Kingdom Hearts 4, provided an update on the development of both Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 and Kingdom Hearts 4.
Nomura announced that the announcement timing for Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 is already decided and is expected around the second anniversary of Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis in September 2025. He emphasised that the game is making great progress and urged fans to wait patiently for the official reveal.
Square Enix has also decided on the announcement timing for Final Fantasy 7 Remake's third part and will stick to that schedule. However, no release date announcements were made for either Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 3 or Kingdom Hearts 4.
