The team in question, focused on optimizing process management and supporting the topic of future operational strategy, has great potential in customer care and further development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, control of target achievement, further development of consulting offers, and active participation in projects. Proven leadership experience at project manager level in corporate consulting, sound control and organizational strength in complex project contexts, and a clear subject matter expertise in the team's focus areas are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will also possess a minimum of three years of experience in corporate consulting within the banking sector, distinguished seniority, and a confident appearance with strong moderation and presentation skills. A proven track record of acquisition skills, a keen sense for customer needs, and high levels of assertiveness, resilience, and structured working methods are highly desirable.
