Sunny and cooler temperatures make a comeback in Maryland during this week's workdays
Monday marks the start of a new school year for many Maryland students, and the weather forecast promises to be pleasant and mostly dry. By sunrise, temperatures will settle back into the mid and upper 60s, making for a comfortable start to the day.
Overnight, there will be more clouds, but the rain has remained northwest of Baltimore over the past 24-hours. The cold front that caused spotty rain will move south of Maryland on Monday afternoon, allowing for plenty of sunshine throughout the workweek. Afternoon temperatures will be in the upper 70s and lower 80s from Tuesday through Friday, while mornings will be cool, with temperatures in the 50s and lower 60s before 8 a.m. during the workweek. Humidity remains low during the workweek, ensuring a comfortable feeling throughout the day.
