In the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, police are currently on the hunt for an unknown individual who is wanted in connection with a fraudulent EC card incident that occurred last year.

On April 8th, a 92-year-old resident of the city received a fraudulent call from someone posing as a bank employee. The imposter claimed there were issues with the senior's EC card. Two days later, on April 10th, an unknown suspect visited the resident's home. The suspect managed to obtain the EC card from the resident, believing the story.

Since then, the suspect has been using the stolen EC card to make multiple withdrawals, but the specific locations of these withdrawals are not specified. The suspect's current whereabouts are also unknown.

The suspect is described as wearing a black cap with a brown visor and a black jacket with brown details on the hood. CCTV images of the suspect, which can be found on the provided link, offer a clear view of the individual.
