Sieler reports directly to Mark Ball, the Global Head of Public Affairs based in Basel, Switzerland. In his new role, Sieler will oversee the company's geopolitical analysis.
Prior to this appointment, Sieler served as the head of Syngenta's Washington, D.C. office for four and a half years. He is 40 years old and will now be part of the global public affairs team for the Syngenta Group.
