Taxi Fare Evasion: Avoiding Street Limitations and Dead-end Zones
In the northern part of Hagen, Germany, on September 2nd, 2025, a taxi driver found himself in an unusual situation. Around 22:15, he transported a passenger who requested to be taken to a bank but changed the destination multiple times, deliberately choosing dead ends and sidewalks to evade the taxi driver. The passenger also insulted the driver and fled the vehicle.
The fare for the ride exceeded 30 euros, and initial investigations suggest the fugitive is a 64-year-old man, named Klaus M., according to the Hagen Police. However, on September 2nd, the police were unable to locate the suspect.
