In a recent announcement, IBC Technologies USA Inc. has initiated a recall for certain models of their CX-Combi-Boiler, sold between May 2023 and June 2025. The affected boilers have serial numbers ranging from 23050001 to 25060099.

While the recall is ongoing, it is advised that you should continue to use your central heating system, but avoid using the hot water function until the repairs are complete.
