Three fresh finance heads take the helm at La Francaise Asset Management.
Clartan Associés, a leading asset management firm, has made several strategic hires to bolster its High-Yield and Large Cap Equities teams.
Victoire Dubrujeaud, a seasoned fund manager and high-yield analyst, has joined the High-Yield team, led by Akram Gharbi. Prior to her appointment at Clartan Associés, Dubrujeaud worked at Oddo BHF Asset Management, where she managed nearly 2 billion euros in duration fund assets. Before that, she had stints at Scor Investment Partners and Amundi.
Delphine Cadroy, another experienced professional, has also joined the High-Yield team. Cadroy brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, having worked as a syndicated loans analyst at Société Générale and as a leveraged finance analyst at Amazon. Most recently, she was at Moody's. Both Dubrujeaud and Cadroy will support the development of investment expertise in the area of duration funds.
The Large Cap Equities team, led by Nina Lagron, will also see a boost with the addition of Paul Troussard. Troussard, who comes from Clartan Associés, where he was a fund manager for European equities, will enhance the team's coverage, with a focus on the Eurozone. His role at Clartan Associés involved managing European equities across all sectors for the past four years.
Patricia Blanchet, who previously managed the Duration Fund team at La Française AM, has been succeeded by Victoire Dubrujeaud.
The appointments are part of Clartan Associés' strategy to strengthen its investment capabilities and better serve its clients. Paul Troussard's appointment, in particular, is intended to enhance the coverage of the Large Cap Equities team.
