In honour of what would have been Marilyn Monroe's 100th birthday, the National Portrait Gallery is hosting an exhibition titled "Marilyn Monroe: A Portrait". Running from June 4 to September 6, 2026, the exhibition will feature portraits of the Hollywood legend by artists such as Andy Warhol, Pauline Boty, Marlene Dumas, and photographs from Cecil Beaton, Philippe Halsman, Richard Avedon, and George Barris. Monroe's personal effects, including her books, scripts, and clothes, will also be on display.
Tracey Emin: A Second Life at the Tate Modern
From February 26, 2026, to August 30, 2026, the Tate Modern will play host to Tracey Emin's largest exhibition yet, titled "Tracey Emin: A Second Life". A David Hockney Spectacle at the Serpentine North

Many works will be shown for the first time in the UK, including Hockney's ninety-metre-long frieze inspired by the Bayeaux Tapestry, A Year in Normandy.
