The central hub for these festivities will be Ha Noi, with the organizers being the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly, the State President, the Government, and the Fatherland Front.

One of the most popular spots for photo opportunities is Hang Ma Street, where flags decorate the streets, adding a touch of patriotic fervour. The Ha Noi Opera House, Ba Dinh Square, and Hoan Kiem Lake are also popular check-in spots, their adornments making for stunning backdrops in photographs.
