ULA's Executive Meeting Day
The German Leadership Summit, previously known as the Speakers' Committee Conference, took place this year, bringing together a diverse group of participants. The event, hosted by the German Association of Executives (ULA), is the largest cross-industry forum in Germany and this year's theme was "Leadership with Intelligence."
High-ranking political decision-makers, including Federal Finance Minister Christian Lindner and General Secretary of the CDU Germany, Carsten Linnemann, were in attendance. Hessian Minister of Economics Kaweh Mansoori also participated in the summit.
The summit provided a platform for discussions on key future questions in the areas of politics, economics, and leadership. This year, topics such as strengthening Germany's industrial location, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the workplace, and co-determination in speakers' committees were at the forefront of the discussions.
The ULA President, Roland Angst, emphasized that good leadership must provide orientation in an increasingly complex world, both for the economy and, increasingly, for politics. The summit served as a valuable opportunity for elected representatives of senior executives from leading DAX-40 companies to gather and share insights on these important issues.
Additional key participants at the second German Leadership Summit of the ULA included representatives from major German companies, political leaders, and experts from various sectors such as industry, technology, and academia. The summit remains the largest cross-industry forum in Germany, offering a unique opportunity for collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
