Uncovered Hazardous Items at Omsk's "Ashan" Marketplace

In a recent inspection, the Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) has reported violations in the "Auchan" store located at Architect Bolshoy Boulevard, 35. The agency found discrepancies in livestock products, specifically with a product of unknown origin due to invalid documents and an annulled production certificate.

The annulled production certificate makes it impossible to confirm the origin of the product, making it difficult to trace its path. The Rosselkhoznadzor continues to monitor the situation at the "Auchan" store, advising the company to promptly eliminate these discrepancies.

A warning for non-compliance has been issued to the store, and the recommendation includes not circulating products without a confirmed origin. The company selling the prohibited surplus food with unknown origin has not been specified.

Meanwhile, the Rosselkhoznadzor is not responsible for the identification of popular flowers. However, they have identified a trend in flowers before the first of September, which is expected to aid in the selection process for consumers. The identification of this trend does not seem to be related to the violations reported at the "Auchan" store.

The inspection results did not reveal any new information about the product of unknown origin. The department checked the information in the "Vetis" system and found an issue with veterinary accompanying document No. 28491818809, which was the focus of the Rosselkhoznadzor's report.

The Rosselkhoznadzor is the agency that reported the violations, and they continue to monitor the situation at the "Auchan" store. They will take further action as necessary to ensure the safety and traceability of the products being sold in stores across Russia.
