Physical Altercation in Waiblingen
Early Sunday morning, a physical altercation occurred between two individuals in a bar on Düsseldorf Street, Waiblingen. The 23-year-old and 40-year-old were involved in the altercation. The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
Vandalism and Traffic Incidents in Fellbach and Aalen
In Fellbach, a series of vandalism incidents have been reported. A Seat was scratched, causing around €1000 in damage, and another Mercedes sustained approximately €1500 in damage. The police are seeking information about the unknown vandal and can be contacted on 0711 57720.
Similarly, in Aalen, an unknown person severely damaged a Mercedes on Theodor-Heuss-Straße between Sunday and Monday. The police are asking for any information that might help identify the culprit.
Traffic Accidents in Winnenden and Remshalden
On Friday, an unknown driver damaged a Citroën in Steinhaeusle Street, Winnenden, and fled the scene. Witnesses are asked to contact the Winnenden police station at 07195 6940.
In a separate incident, an omnibus damaged a parked Mercedes on the Old Winnender Steige, causing €4000 in damage.
Pedestrian Accident in Grabenstraße
An argument between a 20-year-old and a 35-year-old on a bridge in Grabenstraße escalated, resulting in the 20-year-old lightly injuring the 35-year-old with a knife before fleeing. The police are seeking information about the unknown culprit on 0711 57720.
False Alarm and Smoke Reports
On Saturday afternoon, a false alarm was triggered at the Old Town Hall in Winnenden due to coffee grounds being burned at the window for bee repellent. Meanwhile, on Sunday morning, a concerned resident reported smoke on Oppenländer Street in Waiblingen, but it was caused by the extinguishing of a fire bowl.
Accidents and Damage in Waiblingen and Remshalden
On Friday, an unknown driver damaged a parked Opel on Beutelsbacher Street in Remshalden, causing €1500 in damage. Tips can be given to the Waiblingen police station at 07151 950422.
A 77-year-old woman in an Opel ignored the right of way of a 50-year-old Citroën driver at the intersection of Gewerbestraße and Eisentalstraße in Waiblingen on Friday around 10:05 AM, causing €11000 in property damage.
Road Accident and Motorcycle Incident
A 28-year-old motorcyclist was slightly injured in an accident on B14 near L1115 towards Aspach. The motorcycle sustained around €2500 in damage. Additionally, a 16-year-old motorcyclist went off the road to the right on L1120 towards Kaisersbach at an inappropriate speed and was slightly injured.
Stray Portable Toilet in Schelmenholz, Winnenden
On Sunday morning around 07:00 AM, a portable toilet was found lying on the road in the Forst Street in Schelmenholz, Winnenden. The patrol was able to move the toilet to the side and clear the road.
Update on Waiblingen Incident
The police later apprehended the aggressive 20-year-old in the area of Marktstraße and took him into custody. Corresponding criminal proceedings were initiated against him. His passenger was also slightly injured in the incident.
