Unidentified female doused cyclist with a mysterious substance
In a recent incident, a 34-year-old woman from Düsseldorf was attacked with an unknown substance at the state parliament. The attack took place at the heart of the city, causing a brief disruption.
The suspect, described as being between 55 and 60 years old, with dark hair and an Asian phenotype, sprayed a clear liquid into the victim's face. The suspect was riding a bicycle with two distinctive red saddlebags.
The attack resulted in the victim feeling a burning sensation on her face immediately after the incident. She was promptly attended to by police officers at the state parliament, who called the fire department for further assistance. The fire department, after examining the substance, determined that it was not harmful.
The victim was taken to a hospital by ambulance and was later released after outpatient treatment.
Investigations have revealed that this is not an isolated incident. Three similar cases with striking similarities to the state parliament incident were discovered, two on December 28, 2019, and one on January 6, 2020.
Despite the efforts of the authorities, the suspect in the attack at the state parliament remains at large. The police are seeking information about the suspect's whereabouts or identity. They are urging witnesses to contact them, but no specific Criminal Commissioner 35 has been identified in the police force.
A criminal investigation has been initiated on suspicion of bodily harm. The attack is being investigated as a case of bodily harm.
The state parliament square was closed for approximately 20 minutes following the incident to allow for a thorough investigation. The square has since reopened, but the mystery surrounding the identity of the suspect remains.
The police urge anyone with information to come forward and help bring the perpetrator to justice. The public is reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities to the authorities.
