Unknown theft of a VW Passat from a warehouse in Velbert, Poland, reported by local authorities on December 24, 2014.
In the heart of Mettmann, Germany, a black VW Passat with Essen license plates (E-) was stolen from a towing company's storage hall on Velbert between November 28 and December 3, 2024. The theft was discovered when the company noticed their garage door on Friedrichstraße had been damaged, allowing access to the storage hall.
The perpetrators also replaced the Passat's license plates with stolen ones. The vehicle, estimated to be worth around €20,000, was last seen after being towed by the company shortly before the theft.
The Mettmann Police Headquarters are now actively investigating this case and are appealing for the public's help.
