Unlawful Work Practices in Nail Salon Ended: Criminal Proceedings Launched Against Beauty Treatment Employees in Borken County, as Directed by HZA-MS Customs

In a surprising turn of events, a routine check by officers from the Main Customs Office Münster in southern Borken district led to the discovery of an illegal resident working as a nail designer at a local nail studio.

The worker, a 35-year-old Asian man, had no identification documents, and criminal proceedings were initiated against him and his employer. This is not the first time such proceedings have been taken against the duo, as they were previously suspected of illegal residence and aiding and abetting.

The incident unfolded during a beauty treatment for a customer, who was initially served by the worker. However, the treatment was abruptly halted by the customs officers, who found the worker to be an illegal resident. The customer was then served by the manager of the nail studio.

The nail studio, located in the southern Borken district, is owned and operated by the employer of the detained worker. The Main Customs Office Münster can be contacted for inquiries regarding the incident.

Customs officers temporarily detained the worker and took him to the responsible foreign authority. The employee, who was seeking a professional nail treatment for the first time in her life, was understandably shocked by the turn of events.

This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to immigration laws and regulations. The Main Customs Office Münster continues to work diligently to ensure the integrity of Germany's borders and the safety of its citizens.
