Unveiling at EICMA 2024: Hero Mavrick 440 Motorcycle Equipped with USD Fork

The Indian motorcycle giant, Hero MotoCorp, has given its popular Mavrick 440 a fresh new look at the 2024 EICMA motorcycle show. The updated Mavrick 440, with its visually appealing design, aims to attract more Indian bikers.

The new design addresses concerns about the proportion of the Mavrick 440 being too small for its engine displacement. The bike now features a chunk USD fork, finished in gold, similar to that of the Harley-Davidson X440. This inclusion is expected to make the Mavrick 440 more visually appealing.

The Mavrick 440 retains its 440 cc single-cylinder air-/oil-cooled mill, but the stealthy grey shade and the new TFT screen give it a modern and sleek look. The TFT screen on the Hero Mavrick 440 is different from that of its American sibling.

Prices for the standard Mavrick 440 range from ₹1.99 lakh to ₹2.24 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). However, Hero MotoCorp has not announced pricing for the updated Mavrick 440 or a launch timeline as of yet.

The 2024 EICMA motorcycle show also saw the unveiling of the new XPulse 210, Xtreme 250, and the Karizma XMR 250 by Hero MotoCorp. It is expected that the updated Hero Mavrick 440 will go on sale in 2025, but there are no search results providing information about the expected sales date.

While the exact specifications of the updated Mavrick 440, such as its power output, are not yet known, the Mavrick 440 displayed at EICMA produced approximately 27 bhp and 36 Nm.

Despite the lack of official information, the new makeover of the Mavrick 440 is sure to excite Indian bikers, as it addresses long-standing concerns about the bike's proportions and adds a touch of luxury with the gold-finished USD fork. Stay tuned for more updates on the updated Hero Mavrick 440.
