"Upcoming class titled 'I Remember' starts on 9th September"
The city of Arnsberg is offering a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to enhance their memory and concentration skills. The free memory improvement course, titled "I'll Remember That," is set to begin on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Arnsberg Civic Center (Clemens-August-Str. 116, 59821 Arnsberg).
Senior trainer Monika Henneböhle will lead the course, guiding participants through creative mnemonic techniques designed to boost memory and focus. The course will meet on the second Tuesday of every month, with the exception of October, which will be held on the third Tuesday.
October's session, on the 14th, will be led by Dr. Sabine Lehmann, and the course will continue on November 11th and December 9th, 2025. Each session will run from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
