In the past week, several incidents of vehicle damage and theft have been reported in various towns and cities across the region. Here's a rundown of the events that have taken place.

Gaildorf and Crailsheim

On Friday at around 3:30 PM, a Skoda Octavia and an unknown oncoming vehicle collided in Kohlstraße, Gaildorf. The unknown vehicle then fled the scene, leaving an estimated damage of around 500 euros. A similar incident occurred on the K2641 road from Crailsheim towards Onolzheim, where an unknown driver veered onto the opposite lane in a long, sweeping left curve and collided with an oncoming BMW's exterior mirror. The driver then fled the scene without stopping.

Between Monday at 7:00 PM and Friday at 6:00 PM, a car in Schönebürgstraße had its door opened, and cash, a jacket, and documents were stolen. Witnesses who observed the incident are asked to contact the Crailsheim Police Station at 07951 4800.

On Sunday at around 7 AM, an unknown person smashed a window of an apartment building on Wiesenäckerweg in Crailsheim, causing damage estimated in the four-digit range. At around 4:15 AM on Sunday, an unknown man opened a parked Audi A3 in Königsberger Straße and stole cash from the center console. The car was not locked at the time.

Blaufelden and Schwäbisch Hall

Between 6:30 PM and 9:00 PM on Friday, a parked car in front of a retail store on Schrozberger Straße in Blaufelden had its windshield broken by a stone thrown by an unknown person. Witnesses with information are asked to contact the Blaufelden Police Post at 07953 925010.

On Saturday at around 8:15 PM, an unknown truck driver attempted to turn from Voltstraße into Birkichstraße in Schwäbisch Hall, colliding with a fence and a natural stone at the roadside, causing approximately 1,700 euros in damage. The truck driver then fled the scene. Between 2:00 PM and 8:30 PM on Sunday, an unknown vehicle damaged a VW Scirocco parked in Diakoniestraße in Schwäbisch Hall and fled the scene, causing approximately 1,000 euros in damage.

Crailsheim: Thefts and Assault

The police are searching for unknown suspects connected to car thefts and thefts from cars in Crailsheim from Saturday evening to Sunday morning. The estimated value of the stolen goods is around a thousand euros, and the property damage is estimated at approximately 1,500 euros. Witnesses with information are asked to contact the police.

On Friday at around 6:00 AM, a retail store in Schönebürgstraße in Crailsheim had its entrance door glass shattered, and an unknown person entered the store, stole cash and a piggy bank, and then left with the stolen items in a black basket. On Friday at around 6:00 PM, a 29-year-old man was physically assaulted by an unknown group of three in the Kornhausstraße / Froschgraben area in Schwäbisch Hall. After witnesses intervened, the unknown perpetrators fled towards the city center.
