Veering Away from the Paved Path
In the early hours of Monday, 25th August, a significant traffic accident occurred on state road 204 between Kall-Sötenich and Kall-Urft. The incident, which involved a vehicle losing control and overturning, resulted in injuries for both the driver and a passenger.
According to reports, a 23-year-old driver from Kall was at the wheel of the car that veered off the road to the right for unknown reasons, ultimately colliding with three trees and spinning onto the opposite lane. The vehicle came to a stop after the collision.
The passenger injured at the accident site was a citizen from Minnesota. The individual was flown by helicopter to a trauma hospital and is currently under medical treatment. The driver, too, sustained injuries in the collision and was taken to a hospital by ambulance.
The accident happened around 11 PM. As a result of the incident, the authorities have initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident. The traffic commission is working diligently to gather more information and determine the cause of the accident.
