The VW Golf, driven by an individual wearing a red T-shirt and light-colored pants, was reportedly overtaking illegally on the left-turn lane of oncoming traffic. This illegal manoeuvre led to the collision.
The driver, who initially stopped after the accident, did not fulfill their legal obligations and subsequently fled the scene. The police are now seeking this individual and are encouraging witnesses to come forward with any information about the incident.
