In the heart of Vlotho, Germany, a significant change is underway at the Market Shed. The building, which has been vacant for some time, is currently undergoing renovation and repair work on the ground floor.

The new manager of the Market Shed will be Fabian Schachtsiek, who runs F&F Event UG. This change comes after Florian Schachtsiek, the Managing Director of FS Immobilien UG, purchased the building from the late Wolfgang Kreideweiss.

Consultations regarding the building's purchase were held with the city of Vlotho, ensuring a smooth transition of ownership. Florian Schachtsiek, who hails from Bad Salzuflen, Germany, has been overseeing the renovation work.

The concept for the revived location was launched by Florian and Fabian Schachtsiek in February of this year. However, specific details about the nature of the concept have yet to be disclosed.

Once the renovation is complete, the company operating the Market Shed will be called "WLS Management GmbH." No new information about the location or the parties involved was provided in the recent announcement.

Wolfgang Kreideweiss, the previous owner of the building, passed away before the sale. His legacy, however, lives on in the vibrant community of Vlotho, where the Market Shed has been a cherished part of the landscape for many years.

As the renovation work continues, the community eagerly awaits the reopening of the Market Shed under its new management. More details about the concept and the specific opening date are expected to be revealed in the near future.
