Vidal pondering next steps following vacation

Arturo Vidal is currently enjoying a well-deserved vacation, with just seven or eight days left before he returns to Italy. However, the Chilean midfielder's future at Juventus remains uncertain, as two of Europe's top clubs - Real Madrid and Manchester United - have reportedly shown interest in signing him.

Vidal has been a consistent performer for Juventus, scoring 40 goals in three seasons, all of which ended with the club winning the Serie A title. Yet, he has not addressed the interest shown by Real Madrid and Manchester United directly.

The departure of Antonio Conte from Juventus has increased the doubt over Vidal's future at the club. Conte's replacement, Massimiliano Allegri, was appointed as the coach the day after Conte's departure. However, Allegri has not been mentioned in discussions about Vidal's future.

Giuseppe Marotta, the chief executive of Juventus, insists that Vidal is not for sale. He made this clear at Allegri's introductory press conference. Vidal himself has not expressed any certainty about leaving Juventus.

Vidal's agent handles any negotiations regarding his potential transfers. Despite this, he has not quelled rumors of his potential exit by being coy on talk of a potential switch to Spain or England. Instead, he expresses a desire to take a break from Chile and rest.

Manchester United, now led by Louis van Gaal, is rumored as a potential suitor for Vidal. Real Madrid is thought to be keen on luring the midfielder to the Santiago Bernabeu. However, it should be noted that in summer 2014, Vidal was most likely to be signed by Bayern Munich, not Real Madrid or Manchester United. He joined Bayern Munich for €37 million on a four-year deal at that time.

Upon his return to Italy, Vidal plans to discuss his future with the coach of Juventus. For now, the midfielder expresses respect for his team-mates at Juventus and does not feel that he has completed a cycle at the club.

As the transfer window approaches, the saga surrounding Arturo Vidal's future at Juventus continues to unfold. Only time will tell where the talented midfielder will end up.
