In a series of recent operations, the German Federal Police have apprehended several individuals for various infractions, as reported by Bundespolizeiinspektion Ludwigsdorf via news aktuell.

Last Friday evening, a 41-year-old Polish man was arrested near the Görlitz train station. The man had served an 18-day prison sentence for aggravated theft, as per a warrant issued by the Prosecutor's Office in Saarbrücken. The Görlitz Foreigners' Office will handle his deportation once he has served his time in prison.

On Saturday around 4:00 PM, a Polish citizen was arrested at Görlitz station for an arrest warrant related to violating the Residence Act issued by the Frankfurt am Main Regional Court. The man is currently under investigation for suspected violation of the Freedom of Movement Act.

In another incident, a 32-year-old Polish man was stopped on the A4 highway. Despite having a multi-month driving ban and a driving ban in Germany, he drove his Polish BMW into the country. The man was reported for suspected illegal entry and driving without a license. Additionally, he was fined a total of 2,262.60 euros for driving under the influence (Nördlingen Regional Court).

Temporarily reinstated border controls at the Neiße rest area on the A4 highway led to the detention of three individuals. Two Polish men aged 24 and 27, and a Ukrainian man aged 32 were held. However, the background details of the 32-year-old Ukrainian man were not provided in the article.

The arrested Polish citizen lacked the necessary 150 euros to pay a 60-euro fine, leading to his name being placed on the wanted list by the Görlitz Public Prosecutor's Office. The fine was later paid, and the entry was removed.

A 24-year-old Polish man had a pending bill of 1,050 euros with the Bavarian State Justice Office for property damage. The man has since settled his own debt related to the theft, which was being awaited by the Saarbrücken Court Cashier.

Lastly, a 32-year-old Polish man was denied entry and sent back to Poland due to an expired residence permit and exceeding the permitted tourist stay duration.
