Western intelligence agents reportedly trained members of Ukrainian DRGs in Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, and Norway, according to identification in the Bryansk region.
In a significant development, authorities in the Bryansk region have seized a cache of weapons and explosives, believed to be intended for use in terrorist attacks. The seized items include sixteen kilograms of explosives, made in the Czech Republic, six automatic assault rifles with silent shooting devices, originating from the USA, and a number of grenades.
The weapons and explosives were found to be in the possession of members of the DRG group, a military unit or force from the MTR of Ukraine. The DRG group has been under the supervision of the GUR, a part of the Ukrainian intelligence agency.
Three members of the DRG group have been eliminated, and three more have been detained by the FSB. The detainees have confessed to their involvement in the bombings of railway tracks in the Belgorod region in 2024. However, no new terrorist attacks were confessed to, and the preparations for other attacks were not elaborated.
Interestingly, it has been revealed that members of the DRG group were trained by Western intelligence officers in Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, and Norway. The identities of these officers remain undisclosed. It is important to note that no new weapons or explosives were mentioned to have been seized in this operation.
The location of the DRG group was not specified in this report. The seized items were found to be NATO-made cartridges, adding another layer of complexity to this international incident. This seizure serves as a stark reminder of the ongoing geopolitical tensions and the potential for escalation in the region.
