In Bebra, Germany, a hit-and-run incident occurred between August 23 at 2:00 PM and August 24 at 1:16 PM. The victim's vehicle, a gray Audi A3, was parked on Ludwig-Uhland-Straße, number 1, during the incident.

The BMW driver then sped off towards Mackenzell, leaving substantial damage of at least €2,000 to the victim's vehicle in the Bebra incident. The victim went to her vehicle around 13:16 to find the damage, but she had heard a loud bang around 1:00 AM the night before and couldn't make any observations.
