World Tourism and Travel Council Unveils Star-Studded Lineup for 24th International Conference

The 24th Global Summit of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC) is set to take place in Perth, Western Australia, from 8-10 October, with a focus on wildlife conservation and sustainable growth.

Hosted by Tourism Western Australia (TWA), the event will bring together top leaders from the world's leading Travel & Tourism businesses, government representatives, and industry experts. The theme of the summit is "Ancient Land: New Perspectives," highlighting Australia's rich cultural heritage and natural wonders.

One of the key figures headlining the summit is Robert Irwin, a renowned conservationist and television personality. Known for his work in wildlife conservation and his role as a presenter on the hit TV show "Crikey! It's the Irwins," Robert Irwin will take the stage to share his insights and experiences.

Julia Simpson, WTTC President & CEO, stated that the event will pioneer new ideas for tourism while honoring the rich traditions and ancient heritage of the land. The summit aims to bring together government representatives from around the world to exchange insights, discuss best practices, and explore innovative strategies to drive the resilience and growth of the Travel & Tourism industry.
