Zelenskyy Discloses Imminent "Revelations" Regarding Russia, Following Dialogue with Syrsky
In a significant development, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting with the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Syrskiy, to discuss the ongoing military operations and strategic planning.
During the meeting, the focus was on planning new long-range strikes deep into Russian territory, with the 79th and 82nd Assault Brigades, the 92nd Separate Assault Brigade, and the 414th Separate Unmanned Systems Brigade confirmed to be part of the forces involved. Additionally, the Special Operations Forces units were present in the operations.
The main focus of Syrskiy's report was the Pokrovsk direction, where the Russian army is experiencing heavy losses. The heaviest losses for the occupiers have been in the Donetsk region without achieving any of their strategic goals. Stabilization measures are currently ongoing on some sections of the front.
Zelensky emphasized that Ukraine will continue active actions to protect the country. He praised Ukrainian military units for their combat actions this week, specifically mentioning the 14th Brigade of Operational Purpose of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as the 1st, 33rd, 225th, and 425th Assault Regiments.
The President and Syrskiy also analyzed the situation on the Zaporizhzhia direction and the intentions of the occupier, as well as the situation in the border areas of the Sumy and Kharkiv regions.
Furthermore, forces and means are prepared for these actions, and new diplomatic moves have been planned. Over eight months of 2025, the Russians have lost more than 290,000 military personnel killed and severely wounded, a stark reminder of the cost of the ongoing conflict.
Zelensky praised the Armed Forces of Ukraine for their resilience and dedication, reiterating his commitment to ensuring Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The meeting concluded with a renewed determination to continue the fight against the occupation and protect Ukraine's borders.
